Why this workshop

For people who are done outsourcing their safety

You've spent decades doing everything right.

Built a career. Managed responsibilities. Showed up for everyone who needed you.

But somewhere along the way, you started noticing the cracks.

The way certain comments hit harder than they should.

The exhaustion that doesn't lift even after rest.

The same patterns keep showing up.

You've worked through challenges before. You've solved complex problems.

So why does leading still feel so hard?

Feel grounded in your body

Learn nervous-system friendly practices you can use in the middle of hard conversations, busy days, or 3am spirals—without needing a perfect morning routine first.

Trust your own decisions

Move from second-guessing and crowd-sourcing every choice to having an inner process you can rely on—especially when other people disagree with you.

Set kinder, firmer boundaries

Stop swinging between people-pleasing and shutting down. Practice boundary scripts that honor your needs without burning bridges—or yourself.

What if the problem isn't your leadership skills?

What if it's something deeper?

Many high-achievers have unmet needs they've never named. Not because their childhoods were traumatic or dramatic, but because certain needs simply weren't acknowledged or met.

And those gaps show up now in how you respond to stress, how you manage conflict, how you regulate your emotions, and why success still feels exhausting.

You don't need another framework or strategy. You need to understand what's been missing and learn how to give yourself what you didn't receive.

That's what this workshop is about.

Is this for you?

This workshop is especially supportive if…

  • You're a high-achieving woman who's built an impressive career, but feels like something is missing.

  • You struggle to name what you need emotionally, even though you can articulate business strategies all day.

  • You notice the same patterns showing up in how you handle stress, conflict, or difficult relationships

  • You're ready to stop white-knuckling your way through and start leading from a place of actual peace

This workshop is NOT for you if...

  • You're looking for deep therapeutic intervention (this is educational, not clinical)

  • You're not ready to look at yourself honestly (no judgment, but this workshop requires willingness)

What this workshop will give you:

In 90 minutes, you'll walk away knowing how to:

  • Identify core needs that may not have been met in childhood. Not through deep psychological excavation, but through practical questions that help you see patterns clearly.

  • Recognize how those unmet needs show up in your adult life. In your work relationships, conflict responses, and stress patterns.

  • Understand practical pathways for meeting those needs now. Sustainable strategies you can start using immediately to nourish yourself in ways you may not have received before.

Our focus isn't on blaming anyone or reliving painful memories.

This workshop helps you understand yourself better so you can show up stronger, regulate more effectively, and lead without burning out.

And you'll walk away knowing how to give yourself what you've been missing, without waiting for someone else to notice or provide it.

FRequently Asked Questions

FAQ: Before you step into the room

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational workshop, not a clinical intervention. Dr. Caldeira will share psychological concepts and frameworks, but this is not a substitute for individual therapy. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.

I'm not sure I have "unmet childhood needs". Is this still for me?

If you've ever wondered why you react strongly to certain situations, why certain patterns keep repeating, or why success still feels exhausting, this workshop will give you clarity. You don't need to have a dramatic backstory. Most high-achieving women have gaps they've never named.

Will I have to share personal information with the group?

No. The teaching portion is lecture-style. During Q&A, you can ask questions or simply listen. Nothing is required. The Q&A will not be recorded specifically to protect everyone's privacy.

What if I can't attend live?

The teaching portion (approximately 35-45 minutes) will be recorded and sent to all registrants. The Q&A will not be recorded. We recommend attending live if possible to get your questions answered in real time.

I'm a member of The Resolution Society. Do I still need to register?

Yes, please register so we know you're coming, but your attendance is complimentary as part of your membership. You will receive your coupon code via email. If you don’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder, and contact us if you don’t see it there.

What's the refund policy?

If you register and cannot attend, you'll receive the recording of the teaching portion. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the workshop.

You deserve to understand why you react the way you do, so you can choose differently.

You deserve to become your own safe place.
